For this, the Chinese OEM has just begun rolling out an early access programme for the Android 9 Pie update for the Mi TV 4A series with 50 active Mi fans to be chosen, who will receive the early access to this programme. Early Access Programme for Mi TV Update Details The announcement about this new early access programme was made through a forum post on the official Xiaomi community page. Announcing the eligibility of this programme, Xiaomi announced that the participant must own a Xiaomi Mi TV 4A 32-inch or 43-inch variant. Xiaomi also added that interested candidates will be able to apply through the forum post only and that the selected users would be announced on July 20. It is worth noting that only after an initial period of testing will Xiaomi be rolling out a stable build to the users of the TV series. As per the data available from Xiaomi, approximately 1 million people own Mi TV 4A models.
