Bharti Airtel promoters might have to invest money in the rights issue. The joint investment by both the promoters, Singtel and Mittal Family, might be something around Rs 11,730 crores. This amount is out of the Rs 21,000 crores rights issue that the company’s board has approved recently. Out of the Rs 11,730 crores, the promoters will need to pay 25% of the amount upfront. This would mean an amount of Rs 2,392 crores....
